Drumroll please...
Congratulations, If you're reading this then you've survived the great storm of 2013! So a few trees blew down and the trains completely stopped. I waited in vain for 2 and a half hours at the station in dedication to my work, then gave in and went home. I was rather looking forward to work today - starting in a new team with the Area Managers - I think they look after their little communities within each estate - I'll get back to you on that one in 6 weeks time! A day at home has been of some benefit though, got my first few temp shifts sorted for Christmas and completed 3 more job applications for Bristol, bring on the new year! Fingers crossed it will all sort itself out and I will find myself a lovely pad in a new city sometime soon. Who knows though, I'm just trying to decide whether my priorities lie in moving out or in accelerating my career. I figure moving out is a pretty temporal thing, whereas my career will develop indefinitely and doesn't currently have a time limit. So i guess that's my rationality for now, excited for the next few months. I promise I will speak less about the weather and more about some slightly more pressing topics in the future when I start concentrating and stop giving 50% of my attention to the big square thing in the corner of the sitting room. Peace out Comments are closed.
