I have finally graduated and left Swansea forever. After a brilliant last week there including the Great Gatsby-themed graduation ball, I spent a few days back in Kent before heading off to Liverpool for my twin sister's graduation ceremony, the theatre interestingly accessorized with hundreds of 'scouse brows' and skyscaper heels. I have since had a handful of job interviews, a full week of dancing and some more work experience to cement my decision in choosing to pursue a career in community development and social housing. This may seem an unusual choice to you, especially as I only just begin to experience what it might entail, but for now at least I am enjoying learning the ropes and can wholeheartedly justify my decision!
I am now in the process of packing, while silently hoping the weather does not deteriorate as I head down south for a weeks holiday in Cornwall tomorrow. Since visiting my physio this morning she has advised me to relax and de-stress in order to rid the aches and pains in my unfortunately ailing body, so until they're gone, adois amigos!
