I discovered the beauty of Yoga practise after many years as a classical ballet teacher and performer. I became slightly disillusioned with the aesthetic insistence on performance arts, and wanted to focus on my own personal development physically and mentally, and help others to do the same. I believe the most important aspect of teaching Yoga is to also be a life-long student. I strive to make individuals feel comfortable and supported, and encourage each student to develop a personal practise for their own unique journey with Yoga. I also write a Yoga blog for Lets Reset - a website and book encouraging a positive community to support wellbeing and mental resilience in the workplace.

![]() Following a serious knee injury ten years ago, I started practising more holistic exercises and mat-based rehab to support my career as a classical ballet teacher. I moved to Sri Lanka in 2015 to work in Community Mental Health development, and attended yoga classes. As I continued travelling, I learnt more about Yoga Philosophy in context, and in 2017 I completed my 200hr Ashtanga TTC in Rishikesh, India. |
