About Me!
My life began pretty conventionally. I made a lot of noise (at aged 7 I tried to learn the trumpet), played with many train sets, truly thought I would grow up to be Britney Spears, and did a massive amount of prancing around an ice cold village hall in a pretty pink leotard. Like many of you I'm sure, I also always enjoyed running away from my parents, in the supermarket, to nursery school, across roads and into fields. I guess I still do this now - to the chocolate aisle in the supermarket, and away from the 'traditional' western career culture. But my first field expeditions expanded pretty quickly, by age 10 I was delighted when I got to spend the week without passing a single word to my parents while I terrorised the ballet studios, and then galavanting around India at 16. My neighbour's field is now the whole world, and I can think of no better challenge than arriving alone in a new place to awaken my senses and show me what else I don't yet know about our planet.
I never know what surprises my brain will offer me next, so I am constantly evolving to create new ways to record my new knowledge and pass you some understanding of what I see, through poetry, blogs, photography, yoga, art and music. If you ever want any more info or personalised work please contact me. Otherwise sit back, relax and I hope you enjoy my wild wanderings!
